Private Parties:

For groups from 10 - 35 a private room is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday by advanced reservation. Typically, we offer our regular menu for the Tea Luncheon,  however, depending upon your group size, selections may need to be limited and /or pre-selected.

A signed contract is needed to reserve a private room. 20% gratuity and tax is added. For private use of the facilty, a seperate charge is assesed. Only one bill is issued and payment by one credit card or by one check (with prior approval) is due at time of service. Additionally, with larger groups, a deposit may be required.

Being an historic property, neither our restaurant nor our menu is appropriate for children, therefore babies and children under the age of twelve are not allowed. There are three outside areas for smoking.
